We added real-time rosin content monitoring to our production process, a technology that earned a national invention patent. In actual use, robotic soldering can run continuously for several hours without issues, suitable for high-speed production lines.
Alloy Systems
Our alloy systems include conventional formulas like Sn63Pb37 and Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5—we can do both leaded and lead-free.
Customization
Wire diameter and rosin ratio can be customized to customer requirements, not just standard specifications.
Quality Control
Impurity content is tightly controlled, with good fluidity after melting and minimal oxidation dross.
Usage Scenarios
Solder bars use the same alloy formulas as solder wire, suitable for both wave soldering and selective soldering. The resulting solder joints have guaranteed mechanical strength and conductivity.

Preformed Solder Preforms
For connectors, sensors, power modules and such, soldering position and solder volume requirements are very precise—preformed solder preforms are made for this.
