Cleaning Agents
Cleaning Agents are formulated using a composite surfactant, penetrating agent, degreasing agent, and corrosion inhibitor blending process. The product system covers three major categories: water-based cleaning agents, solvent-based cleaning agents, and oil-based cleaning agents. Cleaning objects include PCBA circuit board assemblies, SMT stencils, production fixtures, reflow oven chambers, wave soldering chain claws, heat sinks, semiconductor devices, and more.

Low VOC Water-Based Cleaning Agents
Low VOC water-based cleaning agents have three VOCs content grades. Model GW5066B has VOCs content ≤50g/L, models GW2066H, GW9066, GW4066 have VOCs content ≤100g/L, and model GW4066A has VOCs content ≤300g/L.

Neutral Water-Based Cleaning Agents
Neutral water-based cleaning agents have neutral pH value. Models GW3012, WT0-1015-1, GW9066 are all neutral pH value products.

Alkaline Water-Based Cleaning Agents
Alkaline water-based cleaning agents include models GW2066H, GW5066B, etc. They have stronger cleaning power and are suitable for heavy contamination scenarios.
Low Foam & Special Applications
Most water-based cleaning agent models have low foam characteristics with minimal foam generation, suitable for use with in-line cleaning equipment without causing foam overflow that affects equipment operation. Model GW2012A has strong cleaning power and can be used for FPCA flexible circuit board cleaning. Model GW2012N is in concentrated liquid form and is diluted according to ratio before use.
Solvent-Based Cleaning Agent Series
Solvent-based cleaning agents have low surface tension, strong penetration capability into micro-gaps, and fast cleaning speed. After cleaning, evaporation and drying speed is fast, workpiece surface cleanliness is high, with no residual water stains. The odor is mild with no strong irritating smell.

Stencil Cleaning Applications
Solder Paste Stencil Cleaning: Water-based models such as WT0-1015-1, GW2066H, GW5066B, GW9066 can be selected, as well as solvent models GW104, GW606. Water-based models have good environmental friendliness, solvent models dry quickly. Model GW9066 supports both in-line cleaning and offline cleaning modes with strong process adaptability.
Red Adhesive Stencil, Copper Screen Cleaning: Water-based models GW4066, GW4066A or solvent model GW605 can be selected. Model GW4066A has stronger cleaning power, suitable for stencils with heavy red adhesive residue.
Fixture & Equipment Parts Cleaning
Reflow oven chambers, wave soldering chain claws and other removable parts can be cleaned using water-based models GW8066, GW2066P-1, GW2066 or solvent model GW802. Model GW8066 has strong cleaning power. Model GW2066P-1 supports spray, ultrasonic, immersion, automatic in-line and various other cleaning methods. Model GW2066 is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning and immersion cleaning.
Production Fixture Cleaning: Select corresponding models based on contaminant type. For ordinary flux residue, select standard models. For conformal coating residue, select solvent-type adhesive remover GW607 or water-based adhesive remover GW706.
Heat Sink Cleaning Applications
Heat sink cleaning can use water-based model GW7066 or solvent model GW608. Model GW7066 has strong cleaning power, suitable for spray and ultrasonic cleaning. Model GW608 is suitable for spray, ultrasonic, immersion, manual wiping and various other methods.
PCBA Circuit Board Cleaning
Water-based model GW706 is suitable for aluminum alloy material degreasing, with low foam formula, usable for spray and ultrasonic cleaning. Water-based model GW707 has strong cleaning power, suitable for carbon steel, cast iron and other ferrous metal degreasing.
Solvent model GW701 has strong degreasing power and fast evaporation, suitable for metal workpiece degreasing. Solvent model GW701A is suitable for glass and plastic material degreasing, can remove fingerprint contamination, with fast evaporation speed.
Semiconductor Cleaning Applications
Power devices, power modules, power LEDs, flip chip post-solder residue cleaning can use solvent model GW702 or water-based model GW9066. Wafer grinding and dicing process cleaning can use water-based model GW704.
Model GW601 is a die attach cleaning agent, used to remove silicone, silver paste, epoxy resin and other residues from chip packaging processes.
Model GW603 is an electronic fluorinated fluid.
Metal Degreasing Applications
Water-based model GW706 is suitable for aluminum alloy material degreasing, with low foam formula, usable for spray and ultrasonic cleaning. Water-based model GW707 has strong cleaning power, suitable for carbon steel, cast iron and other ferrous metal degreasing.
Solvent model GW701 has strong degreasing power and fast evaporation, suitable for metal workpiece degreasing. Solvent model GW701A is suitable for glass and plastic material degreasing, can remove fingerprint contamination, with fast evaporation speed.
Rust Protection Applications
Oil-based model WTO-P is an oil film type rust inhibitor, suitable for medium to long-term rust protection. Water-based model GW708 is an adsorption type rust inhibitor, suitable for short-term rust protection between processes.
Ink Cleaning Applications
Ink and screen printing plate cleaning can use solvent model GW604 or water-based model GW704.

Ultrasonic Cleaning
Both water-based and solvent-based models can be used with ultrasonic cleaning equipment. The ultrasonic cavitation effect combined with the chemical action of cleaning agents provides excellent cleaning results.
Immersion Cleaning
Models such as GW2066, GW2066P-1, GW608 support immersion cleaning method, suitable for complex-shaped workpieces.
Manual Wiping
Solvent models such as GW104, GW606, GW605, WT0-209, WT0-204, GW608, GW701, GW701A are suitable for manual wiping cleaning, offering flexible operation.
